I had a great weekend stay! The room was super clean and comfy, with a nice big bed and all the bathroom amenities I needed. The hotel's location is awesome-there's a shopping mall right next door for quick bites and supplies, plus it's pretty close to the airport. I also loved the buffet breakfast; the variety, especially the local dishes, was a nice touch!

Big size rooms with king bed, and nice pool.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location was strategic, very close to the shopping complex. Btw, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from a low-key mall. I liked the imperial-style building, big size and cheap room with king bed.

review: The spacious room was a highlight, providing a comfortable retreat with good air quality. The hotel's strategic location next to the Boulevard Mall made shopping and dining easy, though the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. Despite a small pool and hectic check-out reminders, the friendly staff made a positive impact. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-15}

The highlight was my room, furnished with a comfortable king bed that provided a perfect night's sleep without even needing to check the system for additional features.
Otherwise, my experience was genuinely good!

During my recent trip to Kuching, I was eager to visit Satang Island, a amazing destination known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant marine life. Choosing the Imperial for my stay was a no-brainer, as it offered great proximity to the island. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the friendly staff and the convenience of free WiFi throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool was a lovely retreat after a day of exploration, and the restaurant’s all-day dining menu provided a good variety of meals, including refreshing beverages at the bar/lounge. a fantastic experience!
There is room for improvement: the breakfast menu could have more variety.

My recent stay at Imperial Hotel Kuching was a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable for my family, the check-in process was disappointing due to an unfriendly staff member. the proximity to landmarks like the Sarawak Museum and Kuching Waterfront Bazaar added a charming touch to our trip. The relaxing facilities, especially the outdoor pool, provided a perfect retreat for family bonding.

spacious room, proximity to the airport, convenient parking
In-room dining line often unresponsive!!! It's shocking that bottled water isn't complimentary, which feels tacky!!! The air conditioning system is poorly designed for comfort!!! The drainage issue in the bathroom needs urgent attention!!!

I had a clean and cozy stay with friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the hotel charges for bottled water, so grab some from the nearby mall instead! 😊
