Imperial Hotel Kuching

I had a great weekend stay! The room was super clean and comfy, with a nice big bed and all the bathroom amenities I needed. The hotel's location is awesome-there's a shopping mall right next door for quick bites and supplies, plus it's pretty close to the airport. I also loved the buffet breakfast; the variety, especially the local dishes, was a nice touch!

The location was strategic, very close to the shopping complex. Btw, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from a low-key mall. I liked the imperial-style building, big size and cheap room with king bed.

The highlight was my room, furnished with a comfortable king bed that provided a perfect night's sleep without even needing to check the system for additional features.

The room size was spacious, with a comfy bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning kept the room cool, which was a nice touch. I appreciated that some amenities were available upon request from housekeeping, minimizing waste. the hotel is well-maintained, and the breakfast served was fresh and delicious.

During my recent trip to Kuching, I was eager to visit Satang Island, a amazing destination known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant marine life. Choosing the Imperial for my stay was a no-brainer, as it offered great proximity to the island. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the friendly staff and the convenience of free WiFi throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool was a lovely retreat after a day of exploration, and the restaurant’s all-day dining menu provided a good variety of meals, including refreshing beverages at the bar/lounge. a fantastic experience!

In-room dining line often unresponsive!!! It's shocking that bottled water isn't complimentary, which feels tacky!!! The air conditioning system is poorly designed for comfort!!! The drainage issue in the bathroom needs urgent attention!!!

The hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping easily accessible without venture far.

I had a clean and cozy stay with friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the hotel charges for bottled water, so grab some from the nearby mall instead! 😊

The location was particularly good for the places we wanted to visit. the hotel is conveniently situated just 0.5 miles from the airport. - the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was plentiful.
